Please prepare the following information as much as possible before contacting me to save your time in getting the earliest slot. WHAT TO PREPARE AS COMMISSION REFERENCES 🌺 Email for receiving the files 🌺 Commission type and quantity 🌺 Original character sheet or Customized character description/IRL references 🌺 Specific poses and facial expression (if needed) Please include VISUAL references if you have a specific idea If you do not have any specific references, I will draw the most suitable pose and facial expression for your character. 🌺 Some specific commission types will have specified reference guidelines. Please double check on its guideline carefully if you plan to commission it. ORIGINAL CHARACTER REFERENCES 🌺 For those who already have a VISUAL reference of the character, you can just send me the pictures directly via Twitter, Discord, or email. 🌺 Please combine all references into 1 large file. Acceptable format could be: Google drive folder of word description and images. Google Doc or word file. A long message with all image links included. CUSTOMIZED CHARACTER DESCRIPTION/IRL REFERENCES 🌺 Please provide me a well-written description WITH VISUAL REFERENCES! The information that I’ll need is: Eye color(s) Hair color and hairstyle Type of clothing (upper body and lower body). Shoes, socks, and other accessories. 🌺 Additional fee of +$15 will be applied on the total commission price (not per unit) if I work on character based on written and/or IRL references.

SLOT VERIFICATION 🌺 I will response within 24-48 hours after I received your information. COMMISSION UPDATES 🌺 I will send any updates or ask for detail clarification every 3-5 days or depending on the timeline I announce to you before commission starts. 🌺 Due to different time zone, please do not rush me with multiple emails or messages. (i.e. asking for updates everyday) 🌺 If I need to delay my commission due to personal reasons, I will let you know in detail so you can expect the wait.

PAYMENT PLANS Here are some payment plans that I accept depending on commission sizes: 🌺 100% upfront: You will pay for full commission before I start the sketches. This plan is the standard payment plan and can be applied for most of commissions. 🌺 50/50 plan: You will make a deposit of 50% of the commission payment before I do the sketches. The rest will be paid after I finalize the sketch of commission. This plan may apply for $60+ commissions. Contact me if you want to follow this plan. 🌺 40/30/30 plan: You will make a deposit of 40% of the commission before I do the sketches. I will announce when you could pay for the other 2 payments. This plan may apply for $200+ commissions. Contact me if you want to follow this plan. PAYMENT METHODS Here are some payment methods that I accept for commission: 🌺 I accept PayPal for both U.S. and international commissions. After the order is finalized and ready to make a deposit, a +5% PayPal fee will be added. 🌺 For U.S. commissions, I accept Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp. 🌺 I will announce how you can make an payment in details after we agree the commission price and payment plan.

🌺 Revision fees can be included when a client requests a change after we agree details for the previous stages. Revision fees will not be included when I ask for clarification during the stage. 🌺 I will provide 3 revisions max for each commission (2 pose revisions during sketch stage + 1 color revision during flat color stage). 🌺 If you request for changing detail that needs to be redrawn, I will charge revision fee with $15+/revision depending on how much I have worked on the details. 🌺 If you request for changing detail that needs to be re-render, I will charge revision fee with $10+/revision depending on how much I have worked on that color pattern. 🌺 After the commission art is agreed and sent, I won't do any revisions (except holiday edition for emotes with additional charges).​​

If you have any specific deadlines which comes sooner than 70% of the estimated commission timeline, you have to pay for rush fees to ensure your commission will be delivered prior to your deadlines. I.e. If you plan to get the commission within 7 days while the estimated timeline is 10-11 days (excluding weekends), you have to pay for rush fees ​ IF YOU PLAN TO HAVE RUSH COMMISSION 🌺 If you plan to have rush commission, contact me as soon as possible to check if I am available to take it. 🌺 I only accept 100% upfront as payment plan for rush orders. 🌺 When you pay for rush commission, I'll start to work on that day and finish commission according to rush commission timeline. RUSH FEES 🌺 Deadline comes sooner than 70% of the estimated commission timeline: +30% of the order amount 🌺 Deadline comes sooner than 40% of the estimated commission timeline: +50% of the order amount 🌺 Deadline comes sooner than 20% of the estimated commission timeline: +100% of the order amount

ARTIST 'S RIGHTS & USAGES 🌺 I am allowed to use the artwork to promote and display my artworks within any place or site. CLIENT 'S RIGHTS & USAGES 🌺 Personal use only (Twitch/Discord emote usage for emotes) 🌺 Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist (i.e. Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) 🌺 [For commercial rights] Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. 🌺 [For copyrights] Add artworks to promotional items, work on animations, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. 🌺 Check commercial and copyright fees in the below sections if you need those rights. If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.​ COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT includes: 🌺 Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without paying for commercial fees. 🌺 Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork. 🌺 Removing any watermarks/signatures. 🌺 Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

COMMERCIAL FEES 🌺 You will receive the .png files at specific sizes for merchandise usage. 🌺 I will charge +100% of total order amount, or you can contact me for different plans of product loyalty. 🌺 If you require commercial usage after sketch stage, I will charge +20% of the total amount. COPYRIGHT FEES 🌺 You will receive files in better quality for other usages 🌺 I will charge from +50% to +100% of total order amount. Here are the most common usages previous clients usually purchase: Discord sticker + stream display from animated emote: +50% (+100% for YCH items) Stream alert from animated emote (or animated emote from stream alert): +50% Discord sticker + stream display + stream alert from animated emote: +80% Separated character from background (for 1-2 characters illustration): +25% Separated character from background (for 3+ characters illustration): +15% Separated character for animation (for other artists): +100% Note: Discord sticker and stream display will be square cropped at 320px. ​Stream alerts will be bottom cropped at the original size. FULL RIGHTS (COMMERCIAL + COPYRIGHT FEES) 🌺 You will receive files in better quality without my signature for all usage. (i.e. bigger emote files to make discord stickers, promotional materials, merchandise, etc.). 🌺 Mostly used for emotes/badges or chibi separated from the background. 🌺 I will charge +150% of total order amount, or you can contact me for different plans of product loyalty. 🌺 If you require commercial usage after sketch stage, I will charge additional +30% of the total amount.

GENERAL 🌺 I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. 🌺 If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. 🌺 You will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again. 🌺 Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for. 🌺 I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me. CANCEL/REFUND AMOUNT 🌺 Before I sketch: I will send a full refund. 🌺 After I finish the sketch: I will send a 50% refund. 🌺 After I send the commission files: No refund can be made.
